"The hotel needs remodeling, but it was truly a wonderful stay. We had a comfortable bed, an air conditioned room, and the most helpful staff. It would have been nice to have more updated elevators, and for the breakfast to be with real plates, cups, and utensils. But otherwise, we really enjoyed the centralized location and comfortable suite."

"We had a great time staying at the hyatt. It's in a great location and the room was super clean. The restaurants at the hotel were also really nice and my wife like the gyms scenic view. The only one point of improvement was that sometimes the fridge made a loud ticking sound which could be kind of annoying."

"Easy check-in and out. Staff was nice and helpful. The building was built before a/c was common, but the little window unit worked just fine. I loved the easy walking distance to Grant Park and Michigan Ave. Rooms are clean and neat."
