"The property was very clean and easily accessible from the train stations. Narita an Shinsoji is only a short walk away. It is self check-in, but when the staff were there they were friendly and helpful. "

"Highly recommended if you're arriving to Narita's airport late/have an early flight the next day. The free shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and efficiently run. The offerings at the free breakfast buffet were varied and generous. Employees were incredibly helpful when I requested a taxi to the Narita shrine and asked them to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. And I had fantastic views of the busy NRT tarmac from my 9th floor room --very fun to watch!"
