"Very clean, Ate Liza is very helpful and accommodating. The owner is friendly and helpful as well. No elevator just stairs so if you have heavy luggages be ready to carry it all the way up. All in all, it’s what we needed for our stay in Las Pinas. Very close to Perpetual hospital, SM center/Hypermart even South Mall. We’ll stay here again in the future if we will be in the area. "

"A little longer stay for a family visit and as a base to explore the Philippines. Beautifully set in Imus, I was first put in the „Malagasang“ Suite, a nice room with 2 beds a dining area. After 2 days(1 day earlier than promised) I transferred to the “Poblacion” Suite, providing the same amenities as the other Suite, but having a beautiful and big terrace big enough to invite some friends. I really felt home here! Also the bathroom is roomy, I really have nothing to complain. Only the internet...

"I am giving this 5 stars because they earned it. This has a rent by the hour option place as well. I brought my family here because we are familiar with walking and eating street food. The SM mall is a 2 minute taxi ride. The sari sari stores and street food in the area is amazing. You can also order room service. Their food is fantastic. The staff is better than far bigger hotel chains. I will stay here again next time I visit Las Piñas."

"This is where I stay everytime I am visiting my relatives snd friends in the Las Pinas area. It’s reasonable with lots of convenience. They offer massage, salon, gym services. Their buffet breakfast is also superb with a mix of Filipino items like garlic rice, longganisa, suman, taho, danggit, pusit, pandesal and lots more. The staff is nice and helpful. Across the street is a Jollibee and Starbucks. They also offer a shuttle service to drop you off at Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall and...

"The hotel is located centrally in Alabang with two great restaurants - the Nest on the rooftop and Shogun on the groundfloor. Nice views over Laguna."

"Staff is helpful and attentive to our concerns. Aircon was immediately restored. Toilet bowl is misaligned and flushing is very slow. Seems obstructed. Free dental kits but no glass or cup available. Hope they have intercom to call reception for any need or inquiry. "

"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "
