"It’s more like a motel than a hotel, I asked for a different room due to smoke smell and the fact that it was old and run down. They changed it to the exact same look and smell but worse. The mirror had black stains all on it. The shower was scary. No washcloths in either rooms never brought extra towels. The wifi didn’t work. No coffee or anything just a fridge with frozen ice cream for sale"

"I travel a lot, and this dump was probably.one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything looked terrible. Needs a complete rehab. Two tiny pillows and a small blanket. Asked for more pillows and they said they didn't have any. Asked for another blanket and all they gave me were more sheets. Elevators worked only half the time, phone in room didn't work, power went out the second day, I could go on but you get the.idea. Would NOT recommend this hotel."

"Clean, great staff, restaurant on site, walking distance to the main terminal, perfect for late arriving or early departing flights, no need to get a cab, walk for four minutes and you are at the check in area. Everything was great, a great find."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful trip to Puerto Rico, and loved staying at the Wyndham. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, our room was clean, modern, and large enough for our family. The on-site restaurants were delicious. The prices were on-par with a nice resort. We used the pool, which was lovely. The only complaint was that many other guests would go down and “reserve” pool chairs by laying an item of clothing on them, then return hours later. The hotel staff confirmed the only way to reserve chairs at the pool was by renting a cabana, however they did nothing to enforce this. A public posting of these rules at the pool may help defer this behavior, and I made that suggestion to the staff at the front desk. Other than that one issue, the resort was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, and we would definitely come back!"
