The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the room was tiny. There was no where to put anything . The bathroom was funky . Overall it was fine, just dont expect much.
