"Great location if you want to be in the very busiest part of Shinjuku. It does take two separate elevator banks to get to your room, and they can be busy, but by then you are up so high you are away from the street noise."

Being from Hawaii our flights home are usually on the later side so convenience the Cloakroom provides makes navigating the last day so wonderful."

"Very nice, comfortable, modern place to land in Shibuya. Staff was welcoming and helpful. After staying for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, we ended up booking our last night in Tokyo here. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front looked at us and said “Welcome back!”"

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."
