"Great location - 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. In house grill and restaurant were very good. Staff extremely helpful. Standard rooms are very small, but that is standard across the country. They are extremely functional, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again."

"The room was nice, had a lot of amenities which we enjoyed! There was a Water refill station in the lobby and a coffee machine to make your own lattes. There was a Washer and dryer in our room and a little kitchenette. Our only issue was the location wasn’t super ideal! It was a bit far from the Shibuya station, and most food places were a 10-15 minute walk. The train tracks nearby made it a bit harder to get around. It was pretty quiet though! Overall, we enjoyed it! But I do think if we ever came back we would maybe pick a place closer to the main attractions of Shibuya!"

"BIG Hotel. Handy to the terminal. Good selection of restaurants close by. Had an issue at check in regarding renovations being done on lower floor. Resolved very satisfactorily.. Bed was on the extremely firm side. Tv is hard to operate. Even on English channels, Japanese language overrides English. Tv remote is all in Japanese so really hard to navigate. Being an airport hotel, thought they would have more English options available but really not a focus. Curtains had holes in them. certainly lights up the room as the sin comes up."

"This was a very lovely hotel. The rooms were very spacious by Japanese standards, and more than acceptable by American ones where we are used to larger rooms. This included having a small couch to sit on, tables, nightstands (not that common based on my 12 nights in Japan), etc. The bathroom was exceptionally nice, with a "wet room" for both the shower and tub. There was a fridge, but not a microwave which is pretty typical for Japan (only one of my rooms during my stay had one). My only reservations were that the halls were kind of dark - a decorator's choice rather than a problem - and that I missed the announcement for the shuttle I was planning to take (even though I was sitting in the lobby), so had to take the next one. Not a problem as I had plenty of time before taking the shuttle to the airport, so I just hung out in the nice lobby. Oh, and you have to walk a little bit to find a restaurant, but if you do you will find "real" Tokyo, not tourist Tokyo or bland business areas. Take some of the smaller side streets and you will get into real neighborhoods with interesting places to see and shop and eat or just sight see."
