"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. "The room was tiny but so thoughtful and functionally done. Perfect for a single traveler who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but also comfortable enough to relax and spend a morning in. Lots of outlets for charging, lots of hooks and hangers and space under the bed to make it suitcases, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only reason I rated the amenities a 4/5 is because I didn’t use them, but if they were like my room, I’m sure they were great."

"Amazing hotel!! We stayed there 8 nights and then extended 2 more nights for a total of 10 nights. Super convenient area a short minute walk away from the train station. In a nicer quieter area vs Shibuya and Shinjuku, but just a train ride away from them. A Lawsons and 7/11 is super close by, as well as fast food and local restaurants. The staff was super nice and always willing to help. Super clean place. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"
