"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. It is a sweet spot with a great restaurant and 2 clean...
