The chalet was big enough to cover 10-12ppl. It was nice and cozy with the fireplace. The place is clean and there’s a lot of cutlery to use. We wanna go tubing but it is closed on that day so we end up swimming in the pool. The water in the pool is warm and nice. We did enjoy staying and we will go back again hopefully next year:)

Beautiful pristine property on a lake. Great trails to walk. Kayaking was lots of fun and even saw a loon. Restaurant was very good for supper. Unfortunately no breakfast available. Second room in the condo was disappointing. Claimed 2 queen beds but only the master room had a queen. Kitchen was well equipped.

The resort is very private and peaceful . They have all facilities that we are looking for . The view of lake is beautiful . I certainly will be back if I got a chance be in St-Donat ! 😁😁

Clean and well equipped,for self service guest.Generally staff was friendly but understaffed( I guess due to Covid)During a busy weekend the hotel Resturant was fully booked, there was only one serveuse( Kimberly) who served with a smile and did excellent job of tending the bar and the tables.Rooms on ground floor lack privacy, see through curtains on front glass door and large side windows, one could hear the guest above walking, poor sound proofing. Rude call from front desk insisting to vacate the room, by 11am even though the check in time was 4pm.

Thank you for your comments, and you are absolutely right concerning the lack of staff, unfortunately we do not have a choice sometimes to ask customers to follow rigorously the rules to make sure all is ready for everyone to enjoy their stay. That is why we mention to our guests once they give us the keys that they can stay on the premises to continue to enjoy the activities. We can start the cleaning right away at 11am We know it not always easy for our guests, we try our best to make sure you are happy. We are actively seeking for more employees which is a challenge for the industry at this time. thank you for understanding.

The place was clean and bright. They have everything you need in the kitchen. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. I highly recommend if you want to stay in, drink hot chocolate and snuggle during winter. The wifi was, unfortunately, very slow, but we used our data, which was sufficient for us because we have unlimited data. However, if you need to connect to high-speed internet, their wifi won’t cut it.

The “Condo de la plage” has an amazing view on the lake as well as nice terrace. The room and bed could have been a bit bigger but appart from that, our stay was very relaxing.

This hotel is beautiful. It is on a nice lake and has lovely design and fixtures. The staff waited up until we arrived and showed us around. The pool is big clean and nice temperature. Our suite had a beautiful view and fireplace. We would stay longer next time. Very clean and nice.

We were there for a wedding. We had the Condo de la plage. Super close to everything. Clean. The only thing is that for the price, it felt as there was absolutely no soundproofing with the unit over us. The people upstairs did not party or were too loud, they were just doing normal people would do: walking, talking, moving chairs, and although we couldn’t hear an entire conversation, we could hear them talk, walk, eat. Beside this, we loved the spot!

Excellent Stay
We stayed here one night. Our room was a two floor condo with a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Great value for the amenities that were offered. Five minutes outside of St Donat. Lots of skiing, skating, x country skiing and snowmobiling around. Check in/out was seemless. Dinner was delicious with attentive waitstaff. Everything was super clean. The view was amazing over looking a lake and a mountain. Would come back here again. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Hotel says 4 stars. I would give it five.

Perfect for a large group

Clean and comfortable
The receptionists are welcoming, helpful and friendly. While clean and comfortable, the rooms are oddly configured. The hotel itself is a bit isolated so the activities are limited to the immediate surroundings. This is not a destination resort but it is fine for a weekend or family reunion.
