"Beautiful hotel, in great location! Train station was right down the street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Caught the bus to the Skytree tower area but had a nice walk back. Best thing about the hotel was the convenience. There was a direct bus limo to and from Haneda Airport and a free shuttle to Disney Resort. Staff was also very nice and helpful. The hotel would have been perfect if the room was a little bigger. Otherwise, this hotel is a terrific pick!"

"I’m not sure what the complaints are about— the property is gorgeous. The rooms are wonderful as well. We booked last minute and were put on the top floor with spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. Loved it!"
