"3泊4日で、昼間も戻って休憩できるような素泊まり先を探していました。まだ新しい感じで、洗濯機・単身者用の冷蔵庫・キッチン・電子レンジ・電気ポットなどがついていて、住んでいる感覚でした。洗剤や食器や調理器具はないので、至近の100円均一で紙コップと紙皿とキッチンペーパーを買いました。コンロと洗濯機を使用する機会はありませんでした。扉のないクローゼットのようなスペースには洗濯用のピンチングハンガーがあったので、使用済みのバスタオルなどを干すことができました。長期滞在に向いていると思います。滞在者が、高齢だったこともあり、カウンター様のデスクのために置かれていたハイチェアーが使用しにくいと感じました。それでも、清潔であったことと、駅至近であったこと、お店が近くにたくさんあって薬局・スーパー・100円均一などで必要なものが揃ったことなどから、この次も宿泊するかもしれません。お世話になりました。"

"Great location, 3 minute walk to the station and then 13 minutes to Tokyo station. breakfast was great and never had to wait to be seated. Rooms are big enough and like the fact that you can store luggage under the beds which makes a difference when you are a family of 4."

"Very old and outdated huge hotel with broken computer systems (because the hotel is huge with thousands of people living here and large tour groups, it heavily dependent on self help systems every step of the way, yet these digital systems aren't the easiest to use even for young people, let along older foreigners. For example, the self check-in monitor has an alignment miscalibration where it would click what's above your finger; the luggage system has a bug where if you're trying to type foreign phone number into the Japanese phone the rest of the system would stop responding altogether, etc) The elevators are smelly of old cigarettes smell. The restaurants serve what might be considered high-end food 20yrs ago. Generally not cost effective."

"Overall, we had a really great experience at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!"

"I liked that there was a laundry room, a Disney store for last minute buys, a convenience store and shuttle buses to the Disney Resort station or Maihama station. And even if you missed the last shuttle bus back to the hotel, it was within walking distance from the closest Disney train station back to the hotel. They even had a baggage storage area that held our bags because it was too early to check in. And then they placed the bags to the room while we enjoyed the Disney Park. They also had a baggage transport area to move our bags from the Grand Nikko hotel to our next hotel in Nara so we could travel easily by train and not have to worry about bringing all our luggage with us on the train."
