The hotel was excellent, right outside the train station that brings you straight to Tokyo Disney Resort or to Tokyo Station. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. Would definitely book again!

Room was nice and clean but didn’t anticipate the room to be small. Staff helpful and professional. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from train station. Area around hotel is more business/industrial area. No real shopping areas.

Convenient Store at G/F of the hotel. Hotel guests can enjoy fresh bread daily from baker. Room is big compare to normal hotel room in Japan. Convenient location if you interest to go to Disney.

This has been a great place to stay. The rooms are large and the decor and amenities are thoughtfully minimalist and modern. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The window seats are a nice place to hang out and use the massage pillow on sore feet. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable and very enjoyable from the very first step into the hotel to my last step out! Great location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms! The train station was a few min walk away, there was a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will definitely stay again. Arigato gozaimasu!

I really liked this hotel because it was right next to the train station. It made access to our other activities very easy. They were very helpful with receiving my luggage from a Family Mart delivery. I would love to stay here again.

nice spot, worked out nice being next to train terminal. we could go anywhere in the city by just walking around the corner. Disney close by made those fun days easier. Staff nice to us, and very clean. it had little market and cafe for breakfast and happy hour

All around really nice

Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, amenities were surprisingly nice, bath and shower really exceeded expectations. The hotel was super quiet and really close to the station. The convenience store is just downstairs and they make their own bread in the morning for super nice treats.

Right next to Shin-Kiba station that services three different train lines. Perfect for going to Tokyo Disney Resort. Trains also go to Shibuya area and Tokyo Station. Convenience stores very close by, including one on the first floor. Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly.

Cannot fault this Hotel and have stayed3 times so far. 2 minute walk to ShinKiba Station and has a convenience store on one side and restaurant for breakfast on the other. The rooms are larger than the average Japanese Hotel and are clean, comfortable and have lots of little thoughtful extras to make your stay even better. Definitely recommend!
