"Everything you need at a great price"

"Staff were really excellent - super helpful. Location was a bit outside of the main city centre but the hotel runs free shuttles to/from the city centre on an hourly bases. There is car parking available for a fee. Hotel and room looks a bit dated but has a great view of Sakurajima. Onsen is smaller than what can be seen in the pictures - view of Sakurajima from the bath is unfortunately blocked for privacy reasons. "

"An onsen at your room is a plus for that price, but if you are not driving is not recommended. There is no restaurant at the hotel and no public transportation around unless you want to want hour and half to get your dinner (one way)."

"The view of the volcano was immaculate every morning of my 2 night stay. Thankful for the staff for getting me a corner room on the 11th floor. Laundry was easy to use, bathtub was awesome as it also had a view of the volcano and after walking all day the sauna on the 1st floor was a great end of day treat!"

"On the top floor of the hotel has a large public bath split into men's and women's sides. You go in there naked and shower before sitting in a giant hot tub. It's amazing.... The hotel also has an incredible breakfast. Make sure that you pay in advance the day before and make a reservation for the next day. It'll blow your mind. It's so good. Forget the fact that the show told me slightly run down. Everything else about it is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The location is right near the...
