"Hotel was clean. Front desk, restaurant and leisure club staff were all pleasant. Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Huge TV. Was offered late check out which was nice. "My husband and I stayed at Mottram Hall last week for two nights and we were upgraded to a lovely room but it was next to a fire door that was very noisy. We went to reception and spoke to the lovely Katy who kindly gave us another upgrade to an amazing room which was a lot quieter. The spa facilities were lovely and very clean. It has a lovely gym and pool area, unfortunately you do have to pay to use these and you are limited for times as a guest. You could use the facilities all day but...

room which was large and comfortable. In the morning a member of staff named Juan was walking past my room when I came out with my bags and offered to help me. He really went above and beyond. We were checked in by a gentleman from romania and checked out by a sikh gentleman both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of staff was definitely excellent."

"Proximity to the airport was a huge bonus. Parking on site was £18 per day. Lots of spaces to choose from, but drive around the back of the hotel to find them. Breakfast was amazing- definitely worth the added price. Pool area was great and rooms were luxurious. Had a great stay!"
