"Our stay at The Coach House was absolutely perfect. We planned a trip to Salem for our anniversary and Marley, our concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will absolutely be back, highly recommend! "
"Our little refrigerator wasn't working upon arrival, they replaced it immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is right on Essex street where no cars are allowed which we really loved, being right on the shopping strip and parking was close by."
"Loved the hotel. Couldn’t be more convenient to walk around the area. The staff were so nice. They all were happy to be staff members and it showed. We only ate at the hotel. The food was great. They were on point to make sure I was able to eat the food since I have many food allergies. The whipped ricotta was fabulous!!! We parked in their free parking lot when we checked in and never moved the car until we checked out 3 days later. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay at the Hawthorne Hotel again!! Thank you Hawthorne for a wonderful stay!"
"The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again "
