"Clean room, informative staff. The 2 girls that worked the counter were nice. Adam was a great tour guide! Would stay here again for sure and I am very picky where I stay. They had fruit infused water sitting out all day along with chocolate chip cookies every so often. The breakfast we had was delicious. "

"This historic hotel had a modern interior that did not disappoint. The fireplace in our room kept us cozy at night. Daily breakfast and sweet treats and warm cider in the afternoon were wonderful. The staff used texts to communicate with us to ensure we had everything we needed. As soon as you step out of the Merchants front door you are footsteps from restaurants, shops and local attractions. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. "
