"The property is very nice, clean, and staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Hotel was also environmentally conscience a big plus. A side note as we were checking-in a 3 man crew from National Geographic was also checking-in. This just reassured us :)"

"The hotel is located in jungle close to Palenque ruin, like 5 to 10 minute walk to the ticket office. The swimming pool is very nice and the room has excellent balcony patio facing the jungle. We saw some wildlife during our stay. The room is very spacious and clean.The restaurant on site is very convenient and the food is super good. The staff at restaurant wasn't very attentive when we asked for table, being ignored for a couple of times until we were seated, the waiters assigned to our table were nice and attentive serving food and drinks. "

"Good first- clean, safe. Could be better- parking is very limited- your vehicle is blocked in by others or you are blocking in others. They will not take the keys or move cars, so you need to get up early and move yours or you need to wait for others to move theirs. Not a good system. Also, the showers are terrible. Last, the rooms have a window into the hallway, which is always brightly lit. No blackout curtains, so the room is very bright all through the night."

"Very nice property, very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Very safe area and very close to nearby shopping, there’s a Chedraui grocery store 9 min drive, city center about the same with lots of places to eat, shopping and nice live entertainment at the park’s center"
