"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"

"Lovely hotel with character. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice bar and excellent restaurant in hotel. Breakfast service was lacking but otherwise a great stay. Great location!"

"This is a very nice, well-maintained property within short walking distances (or even short bus rides) to many of Salzburg’s sites, restaurants, & shopping.
Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable & quiet. (with windows closed, of course which we were able to do as they have air-conditioning)
Our room rate included their buffet breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. The staff was wonderful as was the fresh food selection.
