Muy buena ubicacion, central, cerca al aeropuerto, a la playa, a varios sitios turisticos, a los almacenes y supermercados, excelente servicio del personal, buenas comodidades, desayuno, cuarto y piscina. Very good location, central, close to the airport, the beach, several tourist sites, stores and supermarkets, excellent staff service, good amenities, breakfast, room and pool.

Towels were old. Some staff could smile more. Very stricted on letting other people into the hotel. The rooms are spacious, good bed, good safe, good pool area and great air con.

It’s well located near one of the main beaches. Overall, the staff is extraordinary except one or two employees. If not for some ladies at the reception, particularly Margarita and Maria Carmela, our stay would have been disastrous. The food is quite bad.

the general conditons at the hotel were good, but the air conditioner wasn't working properly so it had a noise during the whole night. It was impossible to sleep. The cleaning service was not so good, because the sheets weren't change during the whole week.

More cockroachs than expected and bedbugs
Run do not walk away from this option. There were bedbugs and more cockroachs than normal for a tropical destination.

Es un hotel bastante regular , las habitaciones tienen humedad y huelen muy mal , el desayuno y la manipulación de alimentos es fatal , toda mi familia se intoxicó después del desayuno y muchos otros huéspedes , personas vomitaron al finalizar el desayuno, mala manipulación de alimentos cadena de frío , no es un hotel recomendable,

Muy bien, mejor de lo que esperaba, sobre todo por el bajo costo del alojamiento, el día de llegada debían entregar la habitación a las 3 pm y me la entregaron inmediatamente llegué siendo apenas las 8 AM y eso me dejó muy contento y satisfecho ya que viajaba con dos bebés.

Aparentemente parece ser moderno, mas não é. Hotel bagunçado, pia do banheiro entupida, chuveiro quebrado, não tem água quente, não tem frigobar, café da manhã horrível e precário, quase nada de opção além de não ter nada gostoso. A fruta era só melão, verde e sem gosto. Não vale o preço que se paga caríssimo por não ter o mínimo de conforto.

Hotel horrível, péssimo.
O hotel é muito ruim. Quarto mofado, reboco da parede caindo, sujo, cabelos pelo chão, nas paredes do banheiro. Recepcionista muito antipáticas. Foi totalmente um grande erro escolher este hotel. Não recomendo.

Por mejor atención en el check in, llegué en la noche y tuve que esperar media hora, porque no tenían identificada mi reserva. La piscina la ponen en servicio muy tarde y la cierran muy temprano. Buena limpieza.

Desastre de hotel
Solo pasamos una noche, llegamos a las 10pm y salimos al día siguiente a las 6am. El cuarto se veía sucio, no tenia toallas, no dan agua potable de cortesía, el aire acondicionado sonaba durísimo cómo la turbina de un avión y estaba sucio. Las sábanas de la cama estaban manchadas de tinta y la ventana que da al pasillo estaba defectuosa, a punto de dañarse por completo y quedar inseguros. Además la caja fuerte no servía. La relación “precio”-calidad-descanso-confortabilidad es PÉSIMA. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

det generelle renholdet var bra, men enkelte steder ble glemt. aircondition og avtrekk bad veldig skitten. likeså gardiner. dårlig internet. enkel , men grei frukost. en stor andel av kaffekoppen hadde skår, eller brest.lås på dør var veldig vanskelig å få opp, og trengte litt smøring. dette så jeg fra om første dag, men ingenting skjedde. det er veldig små justeringer som trengs for å rette på dette.

Mal, muy mal...!!! No era lo que había reservado y me tocó meterme allá a última hora porque no me respetaron la reserva que había hecho en otra parte y me reubicaron a la brava, faltando 24 horas para viajar......!!! Sucio, feo, mal tenido, mala comida, sabanas más pequeñas que las camas, almohadas sucias, lo peor...!!!

Hotel céntrico a pocos minutos de la playa
Llegamos al hotel tipo medio dia, nos dieron la habitación tipo 3 pm existe una bodega de equipaje para el resguardo del mismo, el desayuno simple estilo buffet sencillo igual la cena. la señal del Wifi es mala muy baja calidad no se puede ni hacer una llamada por internet no lo aguanta la red. el hotel no tiene ascensores asi que si te toco el 3er piso como a mi te va a tocar subir y baja muchas gradas, habitaciones cómodas y amblias, el hotel esta como a 10 minutos caminando de la playa... en si es un buen hotel si lo que buscas es economia con un buen servicio y comodidades básicas en tu habitación

La habitación olia a caño, tanto que me enferme de la garganta por inhalar durante las noches el fetido olor, la wi-fi no funciona en las habitaciones y estan haciendo reparaciones locativas de 8:30 a 12:00 M. y de 2:30 a 5:30 p.m. el ruido es horrible. No recomiendo el hotel. Tengo claro q el comentario lo pueden eliminar pero ustedes como intermediarios deberian procurar la comodidad y conformidad de los turistas, para lograr mejorar e impulsar en nuestro país el turismo.
