Very nice hotel very well kept beautiful view of the lake. Everything under hotel responsibility was outstanding. The only issue we had and as non smokers the toilet room smelled a lot like pipe smoke. Very penetrated, good thing it is only in the toilet room!

Small property with a beautiful view on to the lake. The hotel is filled with art, and the public areas are gorgeous. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. We also ate at the restaurant one night which was really tasty. The rooms are large and comfortable but are starting to look a bit dated (would for instance update the TVs, sound system and the wifi was on the slower side). We nevertheless really enjoyed our stay at Casco Art Hotel and would recommend it.

Beautiful hotel on a stunning piece of property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was beautiful and the prop was kept in good shape. It seemed like there were many amenities that they had but simply weren’t communicated. Maybe a language barrier? For example we saw people paddle boarding and wind surfing on the last day from the property but didn’t even know it was an option. Also they serve eggs at breakfast but only if you know to ask for them. No mention or menus They also make a big deal about having a pillow menu, but when we asked for the pillows we were told they only had one of each special pillow across the property — which seems odd. . The pool was pretty dirty but we didn’t spend much time there. The staff and Kevin in particular were very friendly and attentive when it came to food and drink. Really nice hotel — but certainly could be a great hotel with a few improvements.

The property setting view is amazing The reception and it concierge service is awful and curupted. Restaurant food is great but again service at the bar breakfast etc I’d horrible. Not a 5 star service all over at all .too bad cause we love the facility

Fantastic property. We were welcomed with a delicious beverage and given great advice on local attractions. The entire property is clean and beautiful in architecture and scenic views. Simple breakfast of breads, fruits, and pastries was really good. We loved this place.

Incredibly Beautiful View from Our Room
This hotel needed to be stellar since we endured the 18 hour bus ride from Mendoza to Bariloche. My travel companion, aka my boyfriend, was not keen on the bus ride yet we had been assured by a friend who had been to the lake district two years prior that surviving the ride was worth the abounding beauty present at Bariloche. We met the challenge and indeed we were not disappointed, but actually grateful we could experience this special place. This hotel was perfect! The concierge/front desk team were brilliant. Natalia handled my needs/requests while I planned our time there with her. On the evening of our later arrival, we ended up staying at the hotel for an early dinner. Nicholas and Lucas, servers, were outstanding! They could not have been better. Positive, Professional, and Pleasant. Nicholas suggested a very nice wine. The art collection is magnificent and above all the pieces of tangible art hanging on the walls and placed in the gardens (sculptures) the natural beauty of being situated on the lake is absolutely stunning. The time went far too quickly for we liked it THAT much we could have stayed for far longer... next time.

Great hotel
It was a great experience. The staff is top class. The restaurant quite good. My only comment would be that for a 5 star hotel, some things look a little worn. Carpet could use a cleaning or new carpet. Some of the walls outside need repair. Their sign out front has a big crack in it. Gym equipment was a bit rusty and needed oiling. So needs some sprucing up.

Spent a week in Spring time
Although it rained four of six days in Bariloche, the hotel had very good facilities - indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, well equiped gym, nice living area and a good restaurant. Beautiful view from the room. This is a small boutique hotel providing a nice touch of exclusivity. Enjoyed it very much! recommend it to everyone. Bariloche is a beautiful region worth visiting anytime of the year.

Beautiful hotel located on the lake.
El Casco Art Hotel is a well-appointed hotel which is beautifully situated on the shores of one of the major lakes in the Bariloche region. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very helpful. As its name suggests, it also provides a very good setting for displaying the works of many local artists which adds character to the setting.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The name did seem a little pretentious. The hotel was everything you would want from 5 star establishment but a great deal more especially if you like art. Wonderful paintings and sculptures. I reckon there was over £100k in my room alone. It really is an art hotel.
