"Clean room staff"

"The hotel staff was very accommodating. We much enjoyed our stay, and so did our dog. The pool was refreshing. We appreciated the opportunity to play ping pong and foosball. Our only concern is that guests were not allowed to play the baby grand piano in the hotel bar. In fact, nobody played it! It was just there for looks! Decorative! I think that if a hotel has a piano in lobby somebody should play it, guests included!"

"This is a great no frills hotel just a short drive from the Pomona Fairplex. I go here every year during anime impulse, and it is always my go-to place. Abundant food places just down the street, and they have a free hot breakfast. To get to the rooms, a keycard is needed, so it gives you a feeling of extra security. They have a pool and hot tub right in the center of the hotel grounds, making it close to everyone. The lobby has a little shop to where if you want snacks, drinks, or even forgot a something from home, you might find it. The staff is always extremely welcoming and I like the late check out option! "

"The staff was kind and helpful and always greeted us on our way in and out of the hotel lobby. Parking was great and close to the room! The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. We did have our window facing the street but didn’t hear much traffic. There’s lots of restaurants in walking distance which made for a great stay. Would definitely consider this hotel again. "
