Amazing place ,we were told to leave early because bohol was going into lock down ..so miss 2 days of our stay there ,so sad .

Great cozy small hotel with everything you need for a nice stay, not luxurious But you feel confortable and in peace. I liked the service, the food and the services provided. Definitely I would stay there again

Great value for the price. Lovely restaurant on the beach with fresh sea food. Clean and really helpful friendly staff.

Nice bungalows on the beach!
Large clean comfortable bungalows directly on the beach in a nice area. Some have water views.

Cute boutique-type resort. Making efforts to be eco-friendly. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant by the sea. Good food and service. Comfy beds, quiet, clean, nice decor. Good vibes.

Nice surprise
Nice surprise. Great little resort with cosy atmosphere, good restaurant, very pleasant staff, quiet and easy access to other eating places. Enjoyed the free kayaks and rented a motorbiked for island touring. Lovely atmosphere on the island. More than happy to recommend.

Good location, nice room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good food. Understand that this is the season where the wind blow on to the shore so some seaweed on the beach, but no problem really. Happy to recommend. Can rent motorbike and tour the island.

Good food, nice staff - super small rooms
Very clean place with friendly staff. We stayed in the basic rooms which were very small and a bit overpriced for the size. Otherwise, good food and service.

Très belle plage, silencieux , endroit très agréable, chambre spacieuse, personnelle aux petits soins , très bons petit déjeuné copieux ! Et le mega bonus , une terrasse flottante pour les guest de l’hôtel , incroyable pour admirer le couché de soleil !!! On vous le recommande vivement !

L’hôtel est très bien sur une plage très jolie mais la baignade n’est pas vraiment possible Du reste personne dans l’eau! Le petit déjeuner reste à améliorer au pays de la mangue il pourrait y en avoir Établissement très propre et très calme peut-être à cause de l’absence des Chinois, virus oblige😅

Dear Lucio, Solangon beach is only swimmable around high tide, when you also can take the free kayaks out to the reef edge to swim and snorkel. And there are good nearby swimming beaches. Mangoes are seasonal and the season normally starts around June. We produce our own organic mangoes on our farms on the island. We prefer to serve the fresh fruits in season. La chambre est tres bien, l'emplacement est parfait, mais entre les travaux et les discussions bruyantes du personnel, impossible d'y trouver du silence. check-in très long "just wait to restaurant" pendant 4h (!) la meme phrase. service de lavage : rend les habits mouillés au moment du check-out, mais facture le tarif plein... la responsable de l'accueil n'a jamais esquissé le moindre sourire, malgré tout cela. Bref, pour la moitié du prix des chambre vous trouverez beaucoup beaucoup mieux ailleurs à quelques metres du white house resort

Dear Thomas, Sorry about this. We are talking to our staff about the issues you raise and to our reception manager in particular. Guests normally really appreciate our staff and services and we we want to keep it that way. It is very, very important. As for waiting time, in our welcome message we always mention the 2pm check-in time but that guests are welcome to leave luggage safely at the resort if they arrive earlier. Previous guests can check-out until 12noon and our house-keeping staff need time to clean and prepare rooms for new guests. Hope you understand. There was some building noise on and off in the restaurant as we finished the upstairs cafe. Pretty much done by now. Hope you nevertheless enjoyed Siquijor. Premier hôtel où j ai pu bien manger
Hôtel en face de la mer. Marée basse au moment de l arrivée mais super le coucher du soleil Énormément de visites à faire à côté. La nourriture est faite sur place et excellente

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the location is great, San Juan I think is the best part of the Siquijor island to stay, eat and take activities. The downside is the hotel and it's service; is way expensive for what you gonna get in return. The room was good and big enough, but not very clean, no amenities and the wifi simply does not work. But wait, here is the worst part.... the service and attitude of the staff, they are NOT helpful at all, does not care if you need something, if you are ok, the majority of the day there is nobody in the front desk... and this bad attitude and poor service is from every staff member, even the manager is not only with bad attitude besides very rude.

Dear Miguel, We must admit that we do not recognise our resort in much of this review. Our staff normally get much praise by guests and are naturally serviceminded and hospitable. We have never detected any rudeness. It is simply not part of the culture here. Yes, the internet can be erratic but works well most of the time and guests can always ask for the router to be reset. All rooms are cleaned daily. And we have all modern amenities. It is worth comparing prices online. It appears you booked at a rather high price. Best regards, Jens Peter White Villas Resort
