"This is a hotel used by tour groups, as a result the staff are very tired and rude to visitors. Long queues for checking in or out. If not part of a tour, I would find a better hotel nearby."

"All is well with the hotel, however, I find a bit strange to pay extra for fried eggs for breakfast, it shouldn't be like this. Central located, good beds, check in early available, not so happy with check out for 10 a.m., Carrefour supermarket close to hotel, good restaurants around, happy to return. "

"We stayed here for a short trip to Buenos Aires. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk agent was extremely wonderful and allowed us into our room early so we could rest/shower after 24+ hours of travelling. The staff in the lobby bar was also very wonderful and kind to us. It is a beautiful property, from the lobby, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the stairs, to the rooms. We found the location to be great, along a major avenue, close to National Congress, and walkable to many other areas of the city. They were also able to arrange an very reasonable rate for a Tango show and dinner, with transportation included. "

"The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from better maintenance. The bed was not very comfortable, and the rooms were somewhat noisy, which made it harder to fully relax. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, and the building has good security."
