"Hospitality and Food was awesome. Our ice machine was not working on our floor for a few days. The view was beautiful as we had the gulf to look at. Coconut Charles was great. I would say a tad expensive but overall reasonable."

"The hotel is located right on the beach, we had a balcony and a beach view. The room had a mini kitchen with a fridge, stove with oven, and a microwave. They started some renovations and made some cosmetic changes to the rooms, as well. The staff was nice and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was excellent. The beach was amazing. Our only semi-complaint was the service at the restaurant outside. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. All the tables around us were seated after us and got their food before us. We had also ordered some food to go. Half of our Togo order arrived before our food did. It appeared that they didn’t have enough people working to keep up with the amount of guests there. For the price of the food, the kitchen should run more efficiently. Other than that we had a great stay."

"I hate the fact the check in is so late I had to wait in my car for 3 hours lol. The pool couldn’t be used at night since the lights in it were broken. And the bathroom needed some serious fixing. I was only here for one night though so I put up with it. But other than that the staff were nice, the hotel is in a good location pretty close to the Walmart and Pier Park."
