"Was good "

"Check-in was very rude. The front desk person asked for our last name. I spelt it for him, then he demanded for an ID. After he handed us our keys and said this is your room key and walked away. Our room had a piece of gum on the wall right next to the bed. We were staying for a tournament so I expect some noise but it never quited down. You can hear ALL conversations that are coming from hallways. The breakfast was okay. There were spills of juice all over the counters. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I couldn't imagine having to try to get a good nights sleep two nights in a row seeing as we couldn't even get one. "

"Beds were not clean and not comfortable floors were dirty and the plugs in did not work well. Not worth 150.00 toilet was dirty as well."

"I like to stay at this location because it’s so close to my family. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was not pleasant, the floors in the room were dirty, and I was unable to take a shower because there was no water pressure. "

"Room was clean and staff was very friendly, but hot tub was broken and when we got there they told us it was too expensive to keep up with. Disappointing since that was why we chose that hotel. "

"This Homewood Suites just wasn't what we usually expect from them. It was okay, but the beds were a little small and extremely squeaky. Have never slept on a bed in any hotel as noisy as these - it was both beds in the room. Every time someone barely moved, there were horrible noises. Very annoying and meant it took some time to fall asleep! The room seemed clean enough, but overall, just didn't look as nice as others we have stayed at."
