"Besides the mistake at the front desk, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. "The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep.
The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside.
