"I had requested an early check in if possible as I was arriving early after an overnight flight and only had a few hours to explore Santiago before catching a flight the next morning. I was shocked they were able to get me in a room at 10 am when I arrived which was wonderful as I desperately needed to shower and freshen up. The man who checked me in was very kind. The free shuttle to/from the airport was efficient. Rooms are very nice and spacious and housekeeping was so nice to bring me extra bath towels right when I checked in. "

"No fridge in room. Breakfast was terrible, cold food was Ok but when we arrived at B'fast the hot food was at best lukewarm and looked so bad we were not willing to eat any of it. "

"Super convenient if connecting through Santiago. Easy, safe walk from both terminals. We have heard great things about the restaurant, but arrived too late to verify for ourselves."

"Hotel is fine, but I didn't like the way is the bathroom. It looks like the bathroom is part of your bedroom, just a glass separates your bed from the shower and bathroom. I tried the restaurant and food was pretty good."
