The property is in an excellent location, since I traveled there in winter the apartment was not cold, with a beautiful view of the Mountains. It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar.

Comfortable. Be sure to have on hand your own toilet paper. The noise on weekends from the rental/use of the bbq areas until way past 130am and parties in other units until 6 am - shakes the entire apartment.

It is an appartment on the 9th floor of a 22-storey building. There is a little pool on the rooftop of the building, and they have a cardpark in the basement, 5 storeys underground. The appartment itself is rather small, but is equipped with everything necessary. The aircondition would benefit from some regular maintenance I suppose!

El lugar en general estuvo bien, no destacó particularmente en nada, pero tampoco estaba bajo el promedio. Sin embargo, hubo varios problemas en la estadía, primero, la chapa de la habitación no funcionaba y tuvimos que esperar más de 40 minutos a que nos entregaran otra habitación. Al ingresar había poco café y azúcar y adicionalmente la loza se encontraba sucia

ESTADIA DE PASO EN SANTIAGO

Muy decepcionante! Tenia ganas de conocer estos departamentos hace tiempo, ya que viajamos seguia Stgo. Pero fue1 decepción! Nada que ver con las fotos que muestran! La mantención deja mucho que desear, las tinas saltadas y viejas , SUCIAS! deberían dejarlas en remojo con cloro Usan aun cortinas de baño que son antihigienicas La Pintura del departamento hace rato que debiese ser renovada Las cortinas sucias del smog, ya son grises en vez de blancas El aseo PESIMO apenas los baños y la cama No te lavan la loza y amenazan con multa si no la dejas limpia La cama, pésima Le pinen encima un colchon delgado de espuma, pero es mas corto que la cama y entonces las almohadas quedan más abajo y uno amanece con dolor de cuello El establecimiento excelente Me dejaron dejar mi auto después del check out sin problemas Cero comunicación de parte de ellos con el pasajero para preguntar si todo estaba ok En fin, no vuelvo pk la mala calidad del departamento Hay muchos lugares iguales o mejores y más económicos @

Amplio departamento en la mejor zona residencial

Excelente ubicación (hermosa zona residencial) y con estacionamiento en el mismo edificio. No hay buenas opciones de restaurantes. El departamento ubicado en el 5to piso es amplio aunque el 2do dormitorio con 2 camas individuales para niños es correcto pero para adultos es muy chico. La TV de ese dormitorio debería estar en el living. Ahí es imposible usarla. Se nota que ya tiene varios años por lo que necesita una actualización, por ej. la cocina es vieja y las griferías de los baños necesitan renovación urgente. Ambos baños cuentan con bañera. Deberían cambiarlas por box al ras del piso. Las bañeras son inseguras para personas adultas o con dificultades motoras. El amplio balcón está cerrado con grandes ventanales que lo convierten en otro ambiente pero los vidrios estaban muy sucios. La limpieza necesita mejorar.
