Pésimo!! cocina y utensilios, sucios. Atención dueña, provocadoramente irrespetuosa. Solo había 1 toalla, para 6 personas. Por el bien de clientes de Hoteles.com deberían sacar este apartamento de sus ofertas. No sé cómo empleados del edificio soportan a la dueña del apartamento.
Não reservem nenhum apart Lagunas. Fiz a reserva através do site hoteis.com, ao chegar com minha família fui informada que não havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome. Sugestão da proprietária, que ficássemos em um "Hostel" por 2 dias, no qual pagamos 50% a mais do contratado, e que conseguiriam um apto pra nos depois disso. Passado 2 dias entramos em contato e com muita ma vontade nos colocaram num apto em outro endereço e menor do que havíamos reservado. Pensam que acabou por ai? Não. A proprietária nos disse que ficariamos por 2 dias e que nos mudaria novamente. Ai pensei reservar em outro lugar, mas no outro dia la estava ela, dizendo que não nos incomodaria mais, então desisiti da reserva. Mas, para nossa surpresa estava essa pessoa desagradável novamente nos incomodando querendo nos mudar novamente de apto, pq tinha reservado para outra pessoa que pagaria mais. Ai não aceitei e bati o pé até que ela aceitasse não nos incomodar novamente, mas ai ja queria que pagasse uma diaria a mais do que ficariamos. So que não aceitei e por fim aceitou que receber o valor correto. Mas não pensem que nos deixou em paz, no dia de ir embora ela bateu noavmente na porta para saber se iamos embora naquele dia. Ou seja, não tivemos paz na nossa viagem, ficamos sendo importunados todos os dias de estadia, não tivemos nenhum suporte do hoteis.com e so com muita paciência pra aguentar essa hospedagem. Anuncia por um preço bem abaixo do mercado e depois fica incomando para que pague mais.
