Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Precisa melhorar muito.

O primeiro quarto em que nos colocaram não era no endereço combinado. Depois tivemos problemas hidráulicos nesse apartamento (vazamentos no banheiro) que alagou tudo. Fomos trocados de lugar novamente mas o apto estava bem sujo, solicitei limpeza à proprietária, mas até o último dia não limparam nada. A tv eu mesmo tive que instalar, os cabos estavam todos jogados. E ficamos por diversas vezes sem internet.
