Staff, although speaking Spanish only, was helpful and communicated throughout the check in process. Location was very good, near restaurants and minimarkets, as well as a Metro station, which provided ready access to sightseeing spots. The Cristobel Hill was 30 minutes away, and from there, one could take the gondola.

I had not realized it was an apartment. Getting in was complicated but there was help. The place is not new, but good. The street is very noisy. This was cost-effective.

Os apartamentos são completos, tem todos os utensilios para cozinhar, limpeza realizada a cada 2 dias. A vista da janela é incrivel (Cerro San Cristobal) o Metro esta a poucos passos da portaria. Ar condicionado funciona bem, camas muito confortáveis. Voltarei em minha proxima visita a Santiago.

Apartamento muito bom numa localização excelente. A comunicação com Pedro foi excelente tambem. Bem confortável. Infelizmente a questao de limpeza e servico de quarto deixou a desejar. É um local com bastante barulho tambem, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de acostumar nos primeiros dias, mas é algo que da pra entender ja que fica numa avenida principal.

The photo of the roof top pool and view sold us. We were advised on arrival it was closed for cleaning on Mondays. This is not really a hotel, it is a series of rooms in an apartment building that are rented on a nightly basis. If you are looking for a no frills stay in a central location it could be for you. We checked out on arrival and secured rooms in a Novotel for same nightly rate.

O WIFI NUNCA FUNCIONOU - dava sinal mas não funcionava! Péssimo! O apartamento não é novo, e é muito pequeno, com cama de casal e cama de solteiro. O pessoal da portaria se mostrou indiferente com nossa presença. A limpeza não é boa - o chão parece que nunca foi limpo. Trocaram as roupas de cama e banho apenas uma vez. Pedimos mais toalhas e não nos atenderam. Fiquem atentos ao estacionamento, pois na reserva disseram que havia vaga para carro e depois nos cobraram US$ 10 por dia!! a localização é ótima, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Há apartamentos muito melhores no mesmo prédio pelo mesmo preço e até mais baratos! NÃO TEM WIFI!! PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!
