It's adequate for our needs. Close to a super market so finding food was very easy. Had a nice selection of kitchen equipment for in room eating. Staff was very friendly and helpful! only the bed a little bits old.

Great apartment

It was a nice apartmen in a great location. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. The only negative was there was no central heating. A small floor heater was provided but it did not provide much heart.

Poderia Ser Melhor

A estadia poderia ser melhor. No quarto tem uma porta transparente que dá acesso a varanda e ao amanhecer a claridade do sol incomoda bastante. Não tinha nem onde pendurar um lençol para amenizar o sofrimento. Além disso, devido a localização,centro, o barulho dos carros é muito grande. Tem alguns ônibus que o barulho é ensurdecedor.

La gente fue amable, la localización es perfecta, pero la limpieza es bastante cuestionable, delante del water había gotas de pis en el suelo, el estropajo para lavar la loza usado muchas veces y el paño para secar tambien, solo un rollo de papel higiénico para una estadia de 3 noches para 2 personas, aunque al pedirle al responsable si podia traer mas no hubo problema

Solen strålade in genom fönstren och värmde upp lägenheten ytterligare och det var +36 ute. Ett fönster mot det stora sovrummet hade ingen gardin som gick att dra för. Väldigt varmt och 1 fläkt räcker inte. Finns ingen luftkonditionerin, vilket vi visste. Mycket ljud utifrån, trots att vi bodde på 20:de våningen, vilket var fantastiskt. Trevliga och hjälpsamma ”portierer” Fantastiskt med en pool på taket. Alla som vi mötte i hissen, som bodde där permanent, var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget är mycket bra, nära till det mesta. Vid kallare utetemperatur skulle jag gärna bott där igen. Värden också väldigt trevlig och serviceminded.

The apartment is across the street from the supermarket so it’s very convenient. The apartment itself can be better. There’s no sheet for the person sleeping on the futon and the washing machine is not working.

Responsável inconveniente, prepare-se!!!!

Tirando que o dono/responsável pelo apto não parava de me cobrar pelo WhatsApp, disse que foi lá 3 vezes, sem marcar, será que ele não sabia que eu estava passeando e não tinha obrigação de estar no apto fora da hora do meu descanso?! e apareceu 22h do domingo, qdo eu já estava dormindo. Muito inconveniente, não tinha recibo do pagto. Marcou no outro dia as 10h da manhã e depois disse que não podia e que não tinha marcado, sendo que mostrei a conversa no WhatsApp, ele confirmando que iria. Tentou passar no meu cartão de crédito o valor de US$ 330 sendo que o valor acordado foi US$ 278. E veio com desculpa esfarrapada. Vi por acaso qdo olhava minha fatura do cartão pelo app e vi que foi negado. Por pouco escapei de um golpe. Mais uma vez o hoteis.com apronta comigo, vcs estão muito mal acessorados, o restante foi bom, localização mto boa, confortável, só uma panela e uma frigideira mas nos viramos. Tive várias outras experiências ruins em hotéis contratados pelo site hoteis.com, não gostei da experiência e não pretendo repetir.
