This place has so much potential. It is a gem inside the city but you can tell no money has been put on it for a while. First and foremost the place is clean and the people are nice. But the gardens are not well kept and the rooms may need an upgrade. However it is still has a halcyon feeling that you get from the moment you drive in. This place would be a 5 star hotel if they spruce up the place and get a top chef in the kitchen. For 1-2 night is good enough

Mario and Juan Jose are spectacular humans and went out of their ways to make us feel at home, inform us of where and how to navigate, and provide invaluable advise about our stay (as snowboarders) The people working the front gate are also amazing and we would stay here again and again.

Estava indo esquiar no vale nevado, mas o tempo não deixou, então pernoitei no hotel, fui muito bem recebido, inclusive fiz o check in e o check out sem pagar, pois não havia luz no bairro, devido uma tempestade que aconteceu um dia antes, e mesmo assim eles confiaram e me hospedaram.. grato!

Check in muito demorado

O hotel é razoável, mas é limpo e tem o quarto grande. Entretanto, encontrei muuuuuuita dificuldade para pagar em dólares e em cartão. Queriam nos obrigar a pagar em pesos chilenos. Gastamos quase 2 horas para fazer o checkin.

El hotel está en una buena zona (aunque alejado de lugares comerciales ) pero el estado no es el mejor. En la habitación no funcionaba el tv , tampoco la calefacción en un cuarto (y hacía frio) y se nota que es un hotel de varios años con una lavada de cara.
