The staff were super helpful and the hotel is in good condition. It is an old hotel, but it is renovated and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the noise of the bathroom extractor fan, it was too loud and I was told that it was impossible to turn it down, even at night.

Old hotel that is currently getting renovated. One of the oldest hotels in Chile. Even though it is further to get to from the airport, the hotel pays for a taxi van with others to get to and from the airport. Bed was comfy slept well. Complementary breakfast. Good wifi

Staff was rude, hotel is totally outdated, looks so worn out. What was really striking was the restaurant: the chairs were filthy, we sat as it was late at night and we needed to catch a 3:00 am flight. Would never stay there again.

Although the place is near airport, the place is pretty outdated and definitely requires a renovation. We were thinking on taking the public transportation from the hotel to know the city, but hotel staff advised against it due to safety; that forced us to us their cab and it was kind of expensive, but flexible and convenient

You need to send clear instructions on how to take the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Had to take a cab from the airport, and paid $20.000.

No shuttle service at the aiport
We had to wait 2 hrs for the free Shuttle at the airport , so finally we took a taxi When we arrived at the hotel we had yo wait 10 minutes at the street ringing the bell
