"It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city. "

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The Italian restaurant served delicious food. The menu had quite a variety of different foods. The terrace and pool area was also very pleasant with staff that was friendly. They went out of their way to make you feel at home. "

"Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."
