Great location & price!

Check in with Valentina was wonderful. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Loved my room with the huge bed & window overlooking a park & gorgeous building. Perfect location in the historic district. Lots of hot water, too and wifi worked great.

Gostei muito da localização do Hotel ,fica bem em frente ao ponto turístico Cerro Santa Lúcia,o pessoal da recepção são receptivos,e funciona 24 hs ,o ruim foi que não tem café da manhã,mais próximo tem uma padaria muito boa San Camilo,uma delícia as coisas. Os quartos do 3: andar são reformados estão bem novinhos .Eu gostei

A estadia fica localizada ao lado do Cerro Santa Lúcia e Metrô. As instalações são antigas, porém atende um curto período. A equipe da recepção muito educada. Porém um ponto importante deixar registrado é que na verdade o “HOTEL” funciona também como “MOTEL” o que deixa a experiência constrangedora. Durante a noite muito barulho nos corredores por parte dos colaboradores da limpeza. Som alto nos quartos. Banheiro (banheira) não acessível para crianças ou idosos. Não recomendo a estadia. Não registrei fotos pois a experiência foi decepcionante.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.

Facilities are lacking. No duvet at all during the winter only a blanket. Staff are nice however do not speak English so you need to brush up on your Spanish if you want to check in or need anything. Area is good for La Moneda Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal/ Lucia. Noise was constant. Garage outside hotel that beeps for 30 seconds every time it’s opened which is constantly.
