The hotel is in a good location near a lot of restaurants and a small craft market. Rooms are of adequate size but those on the front of the building have noise from traffic and local dogs barking. Staff is very friendly and drinks/food in the restaurant are good. Coffee is available in the lobby throughout the day. The breakfast buffet is adequate but not great. The welcome drink (pisco sour) was appreciated.

The hotel is nestled on a side street in the bustling Providencia neighborhood - a lovely upscale area of Santiago. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Rooms are basic but clean and there's an excellent free breakfast offered. I would definitely stay here again when in Santiago. In 2 weeks in SA we found this to be a top hotel - and it's very reasonably priced !

Very good overall. Excellent location! Toilet was old and doesn't flush well. Breakfast was very good, but not extraordinary. Room comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were extremely professional and polite. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and had a modern look. The breakfast spread was quite nice. There was a security guard stationed out front (apparently 24 hours) but it also seemed like a safe area to me and I walked around the area even late at night with no problems. I would stay here again.

The property was in a quiet area with good restaurants in walking distance. The wifi was intermittent. It was the same issue when we were there. So it doesn't seem to be an important issue for them.

Razoável. A entrada do hotel tem escadas o que dificulta a descida com malas. Lá nao há pessoas disponíveis para ajudar a carregar malas. Tem um segurança, mas é proibido ajudar a descer as malas até a porta. Cobraram o valor de 3 toalhas, alegando que manchamos as mesmas, com maquiagem, entretanto, afirmo, foi uma manchinha imperceptível. Nunca passei por isso em outras hospedagens, nem quando meu cabelo era vermelho e sei que a tinta desbotava e manchava as toalhas. E a maneira com que o assunto foi tratado.

Ótima localização.

Café da manhã muito bom! Ovos mexidos, bacon, batatas, iogurte, variados pães. Funcionários atenciosos. Ótima localização. A mais perto do teleférico do Cerro de San Crístobal. Pontos de melhoria, por se classificar como 4 estrelas, podia ter melhores espaços coletivos como academia e ar livre. Também verificar reservas com cama de casal. Quem sai cedo para os passeios pode reservar um lanchinho no lugar do café da manhã (podiam caprichar mais na qualidade e quantidade, mas já ajuda). Enfim, recomendo pelo custo-benefício.

Hotel não muito bem localizado, não há restaurantes por perto e não dispõe de room service. Se quiser comer algo à noite tem que pedir por aplicativo. Escadas na entrada e ninguém te ajuda com a bagagem. Funcionários pouco solícitos. Café da manhã, quarto e cama razoáveis.

Maravilhoso!!!

Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha estadia neste Hotel, além de ser muito lindo, os funcionários foram muito receptivos, hotel muito bem localizado,próximo à estação de metrô , mercados, farmácias, restaurantes , deu pra fazer tudo a pé e de metrô, economizei muito com Uber!! o café da manhã excelente, e nos dias que tive passeio as 05h da manhã , montaram um box de café pra viagem, todos muito atenciosos, com certeza me hospedaria novamente neste Hotel , estão de Parabéns!!

Hotel muito bom em excelente localização.

O hotel fica bem próximo ao metrô e o bairro é tranquilo e com muitas opções de restaurantes. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é grande e limpo. O único que atrapalhou foi a internet que não funcionou bem dois dias. Depois resolveram o problema.

Buena relación precio/calidad

Ubicación muy buena, desayuno muy bueno, aseo habitación bueno... el problema que no ofrecen estacionamiento pero contraté un servicio multidía en estacionamiento cercano... Recomiendo no usar habitación de 2° piso que dan a acceso vehicular pues el movimiento comienza muy temprano y tendrán que madrugar... el personal de servicio debiese tratar de mantener silencio relativo para no incomodar a los pasajeros que están en piso inferior. En resumen, excelente relación precio/calidad y cada vez que vaya a Scl y prescinda de auto, hospedaré en este hotel. Recomendado para huéspedes no muy exigentes.
