An awful experience.

Due to my work, i had to stay the night at Santiago. I booked a room at Relen Suites and i only stayed there for 10 minutes. First. The advice says "parking facilities", but it's not included in the price. You have to talk with the doorman who can find a parking in the building for USD 20 without a receipt. Second. I went to the room, i opened the door and i was kicked by an awful sweat smell. I realised the walls were stained, like some one has been using them as a napkin for months. Third. The bed. It didn' had blankets and the mattress was in a terrible state. I sat in the bed and i almost fall in my back, it was like a black hole in the middle of the bed. I took my suitcase, i went to the doorman and I gave him the keys. I'm still asking for a refund.

Zugang schwierig, keine tel. Erreichbarkeit, Abzocke beim Parken, Zimmer und Geschirr schmutzig. Kein Topf, keine Kanne, 2 Löffel im 3er Appartement. Wir haben eine Nacht verloren, weil niemand tel. Zu erreichen war. Verständigung ohne Spanisch unmöglich.

Santiago Centro.

Eu já sabia que não era um hotel, são apartamentos em um condomínio no centro. A recepção não tem nada a ver com a hospedagem e isso atrasa um pouco o check-in. Houve um problema no meu apartamento e me deram um temporário, estava muito mal cuidado. No dia seguinte trocaram para um limpo com móveis mais conservados. O espaço é ótimo, com uma sala e pequena cozinha, mais o quarto e banheiro. Enfim bem localizado em relação ao metrô, Lastarria e Catedral, a língua atrapalhou um pouco, mas indico, desde de que entendam não se tratar de um hotel.

Hotel bem localizado/ atendimento ruim

o hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e a pontos turísticos importantes da cidade, além de vários restaurantes. Em relação ao apto, trata-se de um imóvel posto a locação para turistas em um condomínio onde residem vários proprietários, o que gera problemas típicos da convivência entre quem está de passagem e quem é fixo. Destaco negativamente o atendimento dado por Paula e Olga, funcionárias do hotel, sendo a primeira a que nos recebeu na chegada. Embora tenha dito que o quarto seria limpo dia sim e dia não, de fato chegamos numa quinta (6/8) e ele só foi limpo a primeira (e única) vez no dia 10/8, depois de praticamente obrigarmos para que isto acontecesse, pois faltava até papel higiênico. Depois disto Paula e Olga desapareceram e sequer tiveram contato conosco para receber as chaves e conferir o quarto. Há no apto um número reduzido de utensílios: quem pensa num imóvel deste perfil para cozinhar terá sérias dificuldades. Em síntese, indico que gaste um pouco mais e se hospede num hotel melhor.

Paula nos entregou a chave Tv só um canal de desenho Teve vulcão entrando em erupção soubemos quando voltamos ao Brasil Deixei recados na portaria para a tal de Paula mas nunca mais a vimos No banheiro não tinha secador de cabelos Uma hora o chuveiro era quente demais outra hora mal esquentava Não havia nenhum produto de toilete de cortesia nem mesmo uma toalha no chão do banheiro A internet só funcionou dois dias e meio e quando bem entendeu Tentei relamar mas com quem Foi muito difícil comunicar-mo-nos com nossa famíli. A cozinha não tinha abridor de lata, forma de gelo e tampas nas panelas Quem contrata um apartamento com utensílios de cozinha é porque quer preparar sua dieta. No penúltimo dia um cidadão bateu à nossa porta, perguntando se estávamos cozinhando o cheiro da comida o estava incomodando e ele era residente do prédio Dissemos que ficasse tranquilo pois no dia seguinte iriamos embora A partir daí nada mais funcionou na parte elétrica a não ser a luz do quarto banheiro e cozinha. Não tínhamos mais cooktop geladeira microondas cafeteira luz nos abajures na sala nenhum interruptor funcionava nem tv, nem como carregar nossos celulares nenhum sinal de internet Só quarto nem água ou refrigerante gelada cinco da manhã ainda noite pegamos um táxi "no meio da rua" para o aeroporto os porteiros do dia anterior falaram que o hotel não chamava tax

Petit F2 plaisant et bien conçu, vue agréable sur les toits,nous étions au 18ème étage. Très bien situé. Petits inconvénients : le bruit des bus dans les rues adjacentes jusqu'à une heure avancée,le tapis du salon aurait besoin d'un coup d'aspirateur et le linge de maison(draps et serviettes)sont certainement rapidement lavés à l'eau froide . La réception est là pour donner et reprendre les clefs.pas plus.

Great location and price; terrible management

An apartment badly maintained by clearly absentee owner. On-site manager ill-equipped to handle foreigners and/or cleaning. Great location, views and price, but you are absolutely on your own for everything else. Be forewarned: If you arrive late at night, the front gate will be locked and the phone number provided will not get you a person. I had to wait until another resident came home and kindly let me in. The security guard for the entire building, not the rental units, then had trouble finding the person responsible for the apartment.

Rellen Suites - more of an apt. hotel

This is really more of an apthotel, meaning most of the other people in the building appear to be residents. The room itself is immaculate and well sized for 2 people. It's ideal for the business travel. The best part is by far the windows. One wall in both the bedroom and the living room is a window with expansive views over the downtown area and plaza de armas. While the building lacks the amenities of a full hotel the location, good room condition and amazing views make this room an incredible deal. Only drawback: no air conditioning
