Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students. Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity. The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking. The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice. RECOMMENDED!!

The property was a good place to stay but the administration staff was incompetent. They were unable to manage the booking and double booked my room. I ended up leaving as they argue 'I' had done the wrong booking with the wrong pricing and then put the blame on me saying 'I' didn't like the room, hence cancelled the booking and left.

O melhor de tudo foi o atendimento das pessoas do Residencial! Especial agradecimento a Doris, que me atendeu com muita simpatia e paciĆŖncia. O local Ć© exatamente como mostrado. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ vem com cafĆ©, uma fruta, um sanduĆ­che misto, um iogurte e um copo do suco, que dĆ” pra saciar qualquer tipo de fome. Precisei sair Ć s 5h00 e o cafĆ© me foi servido, apesar do horĆ”rio. A rua Ć© silenciosa e tem restaurantes e um Ć³timo supermercado na vizinhanƧa. Para mim foi uma experiĆŖncia perfeita!

ServiabilitƩ et gentillesse du personnel. PropretƩ et confort du lit. Pas trop ƩloignƩ du centre (25 mn Ơ pied), des bus pour l'aƩroport (10mn de Las Heroes) et du central des bus (25 mn Ơ pied ou 3 stations de mƩtro). Chambre petite mais correspondant au prix peu ƩlevƩ.
