Love the place!

The first 2 nights were sponsored by expat explore. Then we went to San Pedro de Atacama and left our luggages for the meantime. Then came back and stayed for another 2 nights paid by Expat Explore. After the tour, we extended our stay for 6 more nights. We felt safe in the area and located near Costañera, San Cristobal Hill and santa Lucia.

Very nice hotel in a great area of Santiago. A 5 minute walk to the Costanera Mall, bars, restaurants and the subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, good AC and water pressure. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet (not bad but not spectacular either). Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel for business trip. Has 2+ USB outlets for recharging and many AC outlets. Room desk is a bit small , but got some work done.

I really liked this property. We were a group of 9 persons arriving late at night very tired and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Many of the staff are bilingual.

Very lovely property with a big room size and very clean. The front desk staff is very nice and knows all sorts of languages. Like how they had a water filter at the front that was easy for feeling. In a safe and comfortable area of town that is walkable to some restaurants and convenience stores.

Great neighborhood, pretty and quiet but with good coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely staff. About 3 blocks to a main road and train access. Only improvement to suggest is adding a desk in the room.

Located in a quiet, tree lined neighbourhood. We felt safe walking about day and night (small town Canadians). Breakfast eateries located close. Dinning located about 1.5km away. All very walkable and as mentioned we felt safe at night walking back at 11pm.

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms were closer to an IBIS than a Hilton. No closet, no safe deposit box, no place for luggage, no room to maneuver. Will not be returning to the Ola when I return to Santiago.

Hilton bought a old hotel and refurbish it but rooms are small. there is no place in the room for work. its very quiet and personnell is nice.
