"Incredible hotel and a great location. Close proximity to luxury shopping and all the maid city sightseeings. Staff is very welcoming and kind, they told us about all the things we can do. They even have some tours. Room was amazing, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and good sound isolation. They have a parking garage for 19 euros. Really loved the breakfast (for extra 12 euros when purchased at check in). Highly recommend and would stay there again"

"I have stayed here over a number of years and i always enjoyed my stay . However I have noticed a big change now the hotel is always busy with big groups staying and the staff are doing their best but they have lost the personal touch and friendliness that use to be evident . No one bothers to remember your name or anything else for that matter. It has become quite impersonal and functional. Breakfast is very good and rooms reasonably comfortable but there is room for improvements."
