"OMG STAFF SERVICE AMENITIES ONSITE RESTURANT SHUTTLE SERVICE/ again staff Add to that that you’re living within an estate immaculately maintain hundreds of acres of olive trees, shrubbery, gardens all coming together for you to be able to walk around and enjoy. Can’t say enough about this place and the staff."

"Great location across from the train station and easily walkable to the Duomo, restaurants, cafe’s, shopping, etc. I have stayed here three or four times and the staff are wonderful and I see the same staff year after year which says a lot. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed and includes Prosecco because when in Italy you must start your day with Prosecco! And end your day on the hotel’s Rooftop Bar! One thing, the hotel and rooms have character and are beautiful but not spacious so if you have mobility issues, you may need a more modern hotel with more open space but if you don’t mind a few steps and smaller space, don’t miss the Baglioni experience!"

"This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel."
