Very relaxing to stay, will definetly go again

A hidden gem. A very well designed and maintained property. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and courteous. More importantly, they appeared genuinely keen to help. When told that we were vegetarians, the staff at the restaurant took great pains to check with the chef to have vegetarian breakfast prepared for us in lieu of that on the menu. The place is beautiful and unique. Staff is still new and need to learn more but still they’re nice. There are many Mosquitos in the bathroom, maybe some nets would help to protect guests from mosquitos.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the ocean view double room. The room smells stale upon our first entered, room is outdated. However, the smell goes away once we turned on the aircon. The view from balcony is great. Room is clean. The resort is nice, you can imagine their golden past when they are still brand new. There isn’t any crowd when we were there. Had an amazing stay at the Ranee on Christmas Eve. Service staff at the hotel are fantastic and extremely helpful, rooms are fabulous and the location is great. The hotel is close to many bars, cafes, good food joints, shopping mall, historical sites and museums. Wish I had a longer stay!!

Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. However, front desk staff need to b more knowledgeable about their city, such as which shopping mall is nearest to the hotel or where to buy an umbrella.

A lovely conserved property with a deep history restored and full of memories to discover. Very convenient to get to the river and other food spots in the old town. Highly recommended.

Very centrally located, within walking distance to many eateries, shops, shopping malls and the Kuching's riverside waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staffs, especially Mr. Gene and the chambermaids. Stunning daily sunrise and sunset can be observed through the hotel room windows. Good breakfast buffet spread.

The hotel staff did not ask whether I wanted the city view or the river view but that was alright. I got the city view and the view was just fine. I loved the room as it was very spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.
