The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) "Great value for money the rooms are very large and bathrooms also. There is a little wear and tear showing around door frames but generally in good condition. All rooms have a view either Merdeka plaza way or towards cat statue. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good gym and pool on site. "
