"We had the best hotel stay we've ever experienced at the Lisbon Marriott. After a really rough travel day, we arrived late and discovered our family of 5 could not be accommodated in one room like we thought, and the front desk went above and beyond to help us sort out our situation. They were extremely kind and patient, especially with our three young children. I truly cannot express how much their kindness meant to me in that moment after such a long and hard day, but I will never forget it and never stop recommending this hotel! "

"Loved the interior and the excellent air conditioning in the room. it was very comfortable. Did not like people standing right in front of the revolving doors entering the building and smoking. Sucked the pungent odor right in the front lobby and stunk up the entire lobby. Had to hold my breath every time I walked outside to get through the nasty smokers."

"The hotel is located to main attractions. The free breakfast was excellent. The restaurants have GREAT views. The rooftop is a must go for the vibe, music, and beautiful views. Everyone at the hotel is super helpful. We were having an issue with the AC and it was taken care of right away. Thank you Hotel Mundial!"

"This hotel is outstanding! The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are a super comfortable (the beds are a dream!), and the bathroom amenities were generous. Diptique lotions and potions are my favorite! The bartender gave me a lesson about port wine, and each evening we found chsmomile tea ready to brew before bed. Can’t recommend Sofitel highly enough!"
