The check in was horrible with over a two hour delay. Arrived at 2:30 did not get a room until 5 pm. Room was cold wth a large hole at the airconditioner that allowed the cold air from outside into our room. Checked out the next day. Horrible experience.

It is a quite an old hotel. However it was a nice stay although I would not suggest walking late around at night. There is even a gym. Only two points to consider improvement: lift is too slow to wait and breakfast could include more options.

Lack of cleanness. Old hotel in need of renovation , old dirty carpet, old bed, smelly, noisy. Dangerous location with pocket thieves. Stay away

Arouche, Boa surpresa, vista linda!
No centro uma ótima surpresa. Hotel já antigo mas bem cuidado. Quartos enormes , cama enorme (um pouco desgastada mas OK). Parece que você está dormindo na casa da tataravó, desde os cobertores até as lampas. O que faz a diferença, é a vista dos andares superiores (fiquei no 19.)!! Vale a visita.

The location of the hotel is excellent near to all transport links, restaurants , shoppings and supermarkets. Sadly the Arouche as many áreas of the Capital is occupied by the homeless and drug addicts. A real pity, as it is the reality of the city right now. The hotel could do with some decor updating and the breakfast would be nicer if there they varied the food slightly at least twice a week, a little creativity with the menu would go a long way. Customer is excellent, the hole crew were very helpful All said I would go back still, Maria Marlow

Fine place to stay for a night in São Paulo
We heard plenty of warnings about safety and vagrants on the streets in São Paulo, and confirmed on our Uber ride to the hotel that we wouldn’t want to wander around on foot in the evening. The restaurant at the hotel was good and our room was spacious, though the windows didn’t really keep out noise from the street and the beds were just fair.

Decent Hotel, especially for the cost
Given the price, i think I would stay here again. The Hotel room was big. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of street noise - which to some degree is to be expected given it is in the city....but this was louder than usual. The elevators very much need a complete upgrade. They work - but often with long waits. One of the 3 of them would not stop on my floor...the button was broken. Breakfast was included and was decent. The area is a bit run down....but I did not feel unsafe. There were a number of street people - but that was true everywhere i went in the city. Hotel is about a four or five block walk from good shopping. Cafes, bars, and restaurants all around....some good and some not.

great for group travel near USP
As long as we travelled as a group of 4 young female scholars invited to University of Sau Paulo for a scientific event, we had a nice surprise: instead of the regular 2 double beds we usually had in Rio and Porto Alegre, we received a charming suite of 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom and a balcony. The staff is awesome, and the breakfasts are really good, with fresh fruits and famous brazilian "pao de queijo". Travelling there in august means winter and they apparently don't know about heat systems in that part of the world, so be sure to ask for enough big blankets to face frisky nights. Except for that, it was a really great place. I plan to go again to teach next year and I'll certainly stay there again.

Got very sick on the first night I asked for help at the from desk but no help what's so ever, basically they told me sorry you are on your own, I almost collapsed on front of them, I got an small heart attack according to my doctor back home, I only stay 2 night even I paid for 6

O serviço de limpeza dos apartamentos precisa ser melhorado. Houve muito barulho - batidas de portas - durante nossa estadia. O horário do café da manhã aos finais de semana poderia ser estendido (o encerramento é às 10h).

A minha estadia foi curta, mas já no check-in o atendimento foi terrível. O rapaz foi super mal educado e nada cortez. O mesmo no check out quando precisei pedir meu carro! Nossa um horror!! O que fez com que todas a minhas percepções sobre o hotel despencasse. De maneira geral o hotel é bom, limpo, café da manhã bom e atendeu a minha necessidade.

Hotel de bom custo e benefício
No geral muito boa estadia. Chegamos 13h e entramos no quarto. O Wi-Fi nem sempre conectava. Café da manhã muito bom. Almoço bom é barato. Academia boa das 8 as 21 h. O principal problema foi a TV que pegava poucos canais. Nos arredores bons restaurantes. Perto as estações do metrô da República e Santa Cecília. Muitos corredores da São Silvestre como eu estavam hospedados, bem legal.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, cama bem confortável, o banheiro tinha somente banheiro ficou ruim para o banho pois não tinha chuveiro a parte, no quarto tinha um carpete que cheirava mofo e dava pra ver que estava velho. O atendimento dos funcionários foram excelentes, ao redor tem que ter muito cuidado pois ha muitos andarilhos, o café da manhã foi bom.
