"I arrived at the counter around 1:00am after a long flight. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant clerk (I can’t recall his name) who got me into my room quickly. I had a short but quiet rest before heading to the airport again. Checkout was easy and I had points I used toward a quick treat from the pantry. The shuttle was on-time and comfortable. This is my go-to stay when traveling through SFO. "

"Awesome historical hotel centrally located just steps away from Union Square and Powell St. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tne rooms comfortable and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or coffee shop. There is a little smell throughout the property. But in general we enjoyed our stay "

"The Marker is a great hotel. We were unsure of the area. In all the area was safe. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. My family and I took an Uber to pier 39 and walked back hitting a few of the tourist spots. "
