"Excellent stay again from the evening reception team at this hotel where I stay regularly as a guest when doing voluntary unpaid work in Yorkshire. Only problem is the morning reception team who misgender trans and non binary people at check out with male pronouns "

"I have given five stars all round as it was well deserved. The bed was very comfortable, there was a wine cooler/fridge and a safe in the room, plenty of hanging and drawer space in the triple wardrobe. The room was much better than we had expected. "

"I stayed at the Palm hotel for a business weekend. The hotel was very clean. Good choice of options for evening meals. Breakfast options were excellent. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. Really good location only five minutes drive from the railway station and minutes to the venue I was attending."
