"Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror directly across from it so you can see into the shower from anywhere you’re in the room. For a mother and her adult son traveling together, (and I would imagine for two friends, or pretty much any combo that is not ) this is not comfortable. "

"Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast "

"Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too."
